EMS Global Foundation is an Australian registered charity dedicated to strengthening emergency medical systems in low and middle income countries through structured education, clinical training, and long-term institutional partnerships.

Emergency medical services are essential to national healthcare infrastructure. In many developing nations, prehospital care systems are still evolving and face structural challenges.Our purpose is to strengthen emergency medical systems through:

Mongolia

Since 2017, EMS Global Foundation has partnered with national stakeholders in Mongolia to support emergency medical systems development.

Attending physician and educator involved in trauma training for ambulance doctors.

Dr. Ariunbold Sakhiya (MD)

Director, Ulaanbaatar City Ambulance Center. Oversees emergency operations in Mongolia’s capital.

Dr. Khongor Dejidgunchin (MD, MSc)

Leader of EMS within Mongolia’s National Emergency Management Agency. Focused on aeromedical development and disaster preparedness.
